Ivy Beauty Institute is now enrolling students for classes starting in April, owner Ketia Bradley said.
The beauty school will teach a mix of aesthetics and massage at its new location in Frisco, Bradley said.
She said the curriculum will prepare students to work at med spas and alongside dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
The setup
Once classes begin, Ivy Beauty Institute will offer spa treatments to the general public.
Bradley expects that students will be ready to perform basic face, body and massage treatments by late May.
“It will be a lot of the same treatments you can get at a regular dermatologist or med spa,” she said.
