A hospital in Denton is getting major renovations and a retail space in Plano will be converted into a Goodwill Store and Donation Center, according to state construction permits.

Retail buildings in Prosper
Two new retail buildings are set to start construction in Prosper in early July. The project is listed as The Shops at Prosper Frontier, and the two buildings will total 32,000 square feet of retail space, according to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Fairway Office Park
A new 19,429-square-foot office building on West University Drive and Windsong Parkway in Frisco will start construction in early August, TDLR documents state. Construction on the building, filed as Fairway Office Park, is scheduled to be completed in late February 2027.

Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Denton renovations
The hospital in Denton will receive renovations to accommodate new CT scan equipment. The renovations include a new registration room and control room, TDLR documents state. The hospital offers many medical services, including addiction treatment, diabetes treatment and pregnancy services, according to the Texas Health Denton's website.

Baylor Scott & White renovation
Grapevine’s Baylor Scott & White Medical Center on West College Street will receive new walls, doors and control desks in a specialized treatment room, according to TDLR documents. Work on the renovations will start in mid-June and are scheduled to complete in January 2027. Baylor Scott & White operates more than 55 hospitals in Texas.

Goodwill Store and Donation Center
A 15,015-square-foot space on McDermott Road in Plano will undergo renovations to convert the building into a Goodwill Store and Donation Center, according to TDLR documents. The renovations are scheduled to complete in late August. Goodwill operates several secondhand stores and provides job training and placement services, according to the company's website.
