Elan Sculpt Club plans flagship location in Frisco’s Star District

Elan Sculpt Club will open its first storefront in Frisco’s Star District, according to documents filed with TDLR.

According to a TDLR filing, an empty retail space at 3620 The Star Blvd. will undergo a roughly $550,000 renovation to accommodate a new Elan Sculpt Club. The business also announced its new location on its website.

Elan Sculpt Club is an upcoming luxury boutique fitness and social club, with a focus on building sustainable strength, improving mobility and creating results. According to the company website, Elan will offer infrared-heated classes and instructor-led reformer sessions.

“As a flagship location at The Star in Frisco, Elan Sculpt Club offers a private, exclusive social fitness club feel that is refined, welcoming and intentionally curated for those who value quality, discretion and community,” the company website states.

Construction to convert the 31,065 square-foot space is expected to start Sept. 1 and finish by Dec. 25, according to the filing. The renovation entails an interior renovation, new HVAC, lighting and logo signage.
