1. Ally Medical Emergency Room
The emergency room treats a full range of emergency conditions including chest pain and cardiac concerns, severe allergic reactions and anaphylaxis, respiratory distress and breathing difficulties, abdominal pain and high fevers, broken bones and wound care.
2. The Brunch District
The menu includes Southern and Tex-Mex breakfast classics like steak and eggs, loaded grits and migas, as well as lunch options like sandwiches and salads. Frisco is The Brunch District’s fourth location alongside restaurants in Colleyville, McKinney and Addison.
3. True Texas Burgers
The restaurant’s menu features burgers, melts and hot dogs. True Texas Burgers is replacing FieldsFresh, a sandwich franchise operated by the same owners.
4. UPS Store
The new location offers professional printing and document services, domestic and international shipping, mailbox services, notary services and more.

5. Boardroom Salon for Men
The new Frisco salon will be owned and operated by Paul and Caren Wolf, small business owners and Boardroom franchisees who have served clients in Plano for more than a decade at Boardroom Salon for Men–Plano Lakeside Market, according to a business news release. The new location will be the second in Frisco with the other located off Dallas Parkway.
6. Flourish Dental Boutique
The dentist offers a wide range of services, including oral exams, teeth cleanings, fillings, crowns and dentures, pediatric dentistry, emergency dentistry, teeth whitening and veneers. Flourish Dental specializes in holistic dentistry, which combines traditional dental treatments with wellness practices like nutritional therapy, according to the business’s website.

7. Mastro’s Steakhouse
Mastro's is the latest in more than two dozen businesses leasing in the future Fields West development. The opening of Fields West is planned to be phased starting in mid-2027 into 2028. Project details from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation shows construction is expected to start in early 2027 with a completion later that year.

8. Apex Orthopedics
The business is moving from its location at 11000 Frisco St., Ste. 200 to a new location on Dallas Parkway. The office offers orthopedic surgery services and physical therapy. It also specializes in sports medicine, spine health and joint replacement.
