Alloy Personal Training opened a new location in Frisco’s Stonebrook Circle on Aug. 3.
Operated by franchise owners Matt and Angela Meeks, the Frisco location looks to highlight the importance of strength training, foster a sense of community and support breast cancer awareness this October.

Alloy Personal Training was founded in 1992 in Atlanta, Georgia. The Frisco opening marks the 11th Alloy Personal Training location in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The business offers customized, coach-led personal training designed for adults of all fitness levels looking for strength, accountability and results.
Matt Meeks said Frisco’s continued growth and strong membership in nearby McKinney made it the right place for the new Alloy Personal Training location. With older customers making up a majority of Alloy’s customer base, he said the Frisco location serves as another point where individuals can learn about the importance of strength training.
“We felt like right now with how the population is growing and the way it’s growing north from Dallas, Frisco is a vibrant community that’s underserved,” Matt Meeks said. “There’s an undervalued understanding of strength training, how to do it well and the value it’s going to bring to you as you age.”
