East Austin coffee drinkers have a new indoor spot on East 12th Street. El Tigre Coffee Roasters has traded its trailer for a bungalow at Camp East, a compound at 2905 E. 12th St.

El Tigre is open 7 a.m.-3 p.m. weekdays and 8 a.m.-3 p.m. weekends, serving pastries and specialty coffee drinks made with house-made syrups.
The shop most recently operated from a trailer at 1614 E. 12th St., which has since closed, the employee said. It now joins Cork & Screw, Sammataro Pizza and Slowpoke Tattoo at Camp East, developed by El Tigre owner Tatanka Guerrero.
The shop offers indoor and outdoor seating, and its walls feature work by local artists, including Guerrero.
