Interpretive Coffee is planning to open a coffee bar at 1608 W. 35th St. in Hyde Park.
About the business
The coffee house will serve specialty espresso beverages and a selection of sweet and savory pastries from bakeries around Austin, founders and longtime Rosedale residents Pilar and Kent Odland said.
Interpretive Coffee is rooted in craft, quality and community, the owners said, and they hope the cafe provides a "gathering space where every coffee experience is elevated, individual and unforgettable."
