The Renegade Apartments on West Mulberry Street in downtown Denton opened for leasing in early July, a company representative said.
The complex houses 104 units and broke ground in February 2025, according to previous Community Impact reporting.
The amenities include a dog park, clubhouse, a fitness studio, controlled access to buildings and dedicated quiet study area, according to the building’s website.
Of the 104 units, 88 of them are completed and the remaining 16 are still in development, the representative said.
