Staff at the Maurices location in the Denton Crossing shopping center confirmed that Buckle will take over the space later this year.
Maurices will continue to operate until August, store staff said.
The new Buckle store will start construction in early September, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Buckle offers clothing and accessories in its roughly 440 locations in the United States, according to the company’s website.
