One tennis court at each of the two parks was repainted to accommodate the game, according to a city news release.
Those looking to play must use the existing tennis nets in place. City officials are asking tennis players to leave the pickleball courts open when possible.
Richardson also has indoor pickleball courts at the Heights and Huffhines recreation centers during scheduled times.
