During its grand opening week, 42 BBQ will to donate $1 for every transaction to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dallas.
42 BBQ’s menu features a variety of smoked brisket, pork and housemade sausage. In addition, the menu will feature chef-curated sides and recipes, including a family dish known as the “Love Boat.”
“Family was an important part of the creative development process for 42 BBQ, with us featuring a few secret family recipe items as part of our extensive menu offerings,” Founder Todd Conger said in a statement. “42 BBQ ultimately stemmed from my own family’s love of grilling together in the backyard after my son’s football games where he played under the jersey number 42, and that’s exactly what we want 42 BBQ to feel like for our guests."
