Tam’s Restaurant, located at 714 W. Spring Valley Road, Richardson, has closed. The restaurant served a variety of Asian food and a seafood buffet. Hot Crab Seafood Restaurant will take its place, according to a sign posted outside the building. www.tams-restaurant.com
