Mubrooka Egyptian Street Food shuttered Aug. 13 in Richardson, according to a Facebook post. The restaurant, located at 904 Audelia Road, Ste. 300, Richardson, served authentic Egyptian cuisine, such as kebda eskandarani, a beef liver sandwich, and warak enab, rolled stuffed grape leaves. Mubrooka cited financial strain caused by the pandemic as the reason for its closure, according to its website. www.mubrooka.com
