1. First Street widening
- Project: First Street will be widened from a two-lane rural roadway to a four-lane divided suburban roadway from Dallas North Tollway to Coleman Street.
- Update: The project is in the design phase and is expected to start construction next spring.

- Project: This project includes an asphalt restoration of Coit Road in three segments. The segments are A) CR 100 from Preston Road to CR 97, B) County Road 90 from CR 92 to CR 98, and C) CR 97 from Lynn Stambaugh Parkway to CR134.
- Update: The project is in the design phase and all the plans are ready for bidding.
- Timeline: estimated completion September 2026

- Project: Coleman Street will be widened from First Street to Gorgeous Road.
- Update: The project is in the design phase, and the construction start schedule has been delayed from winter 2026/2027 to spring 2028.

- Cost: $8.66 million
- Funding source: town of Prosper
- Project: This project will renovate the sections of the future Dallas North Tollway’s northbound access roads from US 380 to Frontier Parkway.
- Update: Funding for the project was approved by voters in Prosper’s Nov. 4 bond election.

- Cost: $8.5 million
- Funding source: town of Prosper
- Project: Sections of Gee Road from US 380 to FM 1385 will be widened and have paving and drainage improvements.
- Update: The project is in the design phase, and $10 million in funding for the project was approved by voters in Prosper’s Nov. 4 bond election.

6. Sunset Boulevard asphalt improvements
- Project: The asphalt pavement along Sunset Boulevard from Preston Road to Coit Road will be replaced.
- Update: The project is under construction and is at 80% completion.

- Cost: $4.2 million
- Funding source: city of Celina
- Project: The Texas Department of Transportation is widening US 380 from the Collin County and Denton County line to Loop 288 from four lanes to six lanes.
- Update: Traffic switches are ongoing along US 380 as construction progresses.
- Timeline: January 2022-March 2026
- Cost: $175.66 million
- Funding source: TxDOT, other entities
- Project: The project will create four lanes from Stuber Elementary to North Dallas Parkway.
- Update: The project is nearing completion.
- Timeline: spring 2023-December 2025
- Cost: $30.89 million

- Project: The first phase of the project, which spans Coit Road from First Street to Prosper Trail, will design and construct four lanes of an ultimate six-lane roadway.

10. Collin County Outer Loop segment
- Project: this portion of the project creates a two-lane roadway that connects Dallas North Tollway in Celina to US 75 just north of McKinney.
- Update: the segment of the outer loop opened to the public Nov. 7.
