Additional homes are slated for Corson Cramer Development’s master-planned community in Celina after the developer acquired more land nearby.

What happened

The developer purchased 66 acres directly south of North Sky Celina, across the street from Martin Elementary and Moore Middle schools, according to a Feb. 12 news release. The acquisition will increase North Sky’s number of homes by 258, bringing the development's total to 1,045.

Corson Cramer named American Legend Homes and K. Hovnanian Homes featured builders on the new lots. The new lots will be sized at 45 feet, 55 feet and 60 feet wide.

About the project

North Sky Celina is a 286-acre master-planned community slated to open in 2024, according to its website. The community will feature a variety of amenities, including a dog park, playgrounds and a resort-style pool.

The community is located next to a planned development being developed by Ariana Real Estate. The development will include single-family homes for rent, townhomes and retail stores.

North Sky Celina is slated to open new home sales this spring.
