Legacy ER & Urgent Care to bring emergency, urgent care services to Prosper

Legacy ER & Urgent Care is opening soon in Prosper.

The 11,072-square-foot facility combines urgent care and emergency services, according to a Oct. 1 news release.

The Prosper facility will have a 24/7 emergency room with an urgent care facility open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. It will be staffed with ER-licensed, board-certified physicians. Services will include an on-site lab and radiology suite with an X-ray machine and CT scanner.

The facility is part of Intuitive Health and is the seventh North Texas location for the brand.

"Our expansion in North Texas with the new Prosper facility aligns with our mission to simplify how patients access emergency and urgent care," Intuitive Health CEO Thom Herrmann said in the release. "We are excited to bring our unique model of emergency and urgent care to more communities, offering a differentiated health care experience that is both efficient and patient-centric and exceeds customer expectations."
