Celina EDC removes executive director, appoints interim director

The Celina Economic Development Corporation has a new interim executive director.

The Celina EDC board of directors approved a separation agreement with Executive Director Alexis Jackson during a Dec. 5 meeting, according to a statement from EDC President Clint Bissett shared with Community Impact.

Director of Marketing and Tourism Melissa Thomas will serve as interim director through the corporation’s January meeting, according to the statement.
