1. Cracker Barrel Old Country Store
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is officially open for business in Prosper, according to a company representative. The eatery's menu features a variety of southern food options, such as all-day breakfast, country fried steak, meatloaf and chicken n’ dumplings.
Koishi Ramen and Sushi Bar is open in Prosper, a company representative confirmed. Popular menu items include tonkatsu ramen, pan-fried dumplings and bang bang shrimp.
Torchy’s Tacos is now open in Celina, according to a company representative. The eatery’s menu features signature tacos, bowls, burritos, queso and more. Torchy’s also offers several drink options, such as frozen margaritas and sangria.
Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe is now open in Celina. Pickleman's menu features sandwiches, pizzas, mac and cheese bowls, soups and salads, according to its website.
5. Mo’ Bettahs
Mo' Bettahs opened its new Celina location this March. The restaurant offers a traditional plate lunch, featuring a choice of meats—grilled teriyaki chicken or steak, kalua pig, pulehu chicken, katsu chicken or shrimp tempura—paired with macaroni salad and white rice.
