Plans for Chick-fil-A’s third Prosper location are moving forward following Prosper officials’ approval of a site plan at a Sept. 2 meeting.
The restaurant will be located at the southeast corner of the Dallas Parkway and Frontier Parkway intersection, in the same development area as the new H-E-B.

At their Sept. 2 meeting, Prosper Planning and Zoning commissioners approved a site plan for a new Chick-fil-A location, which will include a drive-thru and patio dining area.
Prosper Town Council members previously approved a specific-use permit for the location March 25. The town’s zoning ordinance requires all drive-thru restaurants to obtain a permit and prohibits drive-thru lanes located between a building and a public right-of-way.
Chick-fil-A offers a variety of chicken nuggets and sandwiches, with sides such as waffle fries and mac and cheese.
