Huffines Enterprises announced the $100 million master-planned community in an Oct. 2 news release.
The details
The site will have 875 homes on offer with the potential for more in the future. The development could be expanded to include 1,100 homes.
The project will span about 414 acres and include a $6 million amenity center. There will also be a 16-acre lake on the property, as well as 150 acres of open space.
The development could be completed in two years, according to the news release. Homes will come in a variety of sizes and range between $400,000-$900,000 in cost.
The specifics
The amenity center will have a ballroom capable of accommodating 100 guests or more for seated events.
The project is also set to include a trail network, pools, a dog park, playgrounds and pickleball courts. About 63 acres on the site could also be used for multifamily housing and commercial development.
