The planned Harper Estates housing development in Celina is one step closer to breaking ground, according to a Centurion American Development Group news release.

What happened

Centurion American announced it will partner with Olivia Clarke Homes, Partners in Building and Wyatt James Builders to build the luxury development. Located along FM 2478, Harper Estates will be built on 100 acres and will include 76 1.1-acre lots, according to the news release.

The community will be located less than 2 miles from the outer loop and centrally located between historic downtown Celina and Weston Square.

Developers anticipate breaking ground on the development in early fall, according to the news release.




The details

The community will be built with stone screening walls, according to its website. Homebuyers can design their dream home on a selection of lots, some including views of a natural creek.
