1. Andrea Hunter Aesthetics
The studio offers skincare consultations and treatments such as: anti-wrinkle injectables, body contouring, laser resurfacing and light treatment. Andrea Hunter Aesthetics also offers in-home services in Celina, Gunter, Melissa and Van Alstyne, according to the business’s website.
2. Barnes & NobleThe company opened its new storefront at the Gates of Prosper. Barnes & Noble offers a wide selection of books, magazines, DVDs and records.
3. Celina Hair Co. The salon’s five stylists offer haircuts, color treatments, extensions and styling.
4. Chick-fil-AThe new Prosper location is owned and operated by Chris Wright, and it is his second Chick-fil-A location. He owns the location at the Gates of Prosper. This location marks the first of nine new Chick-fil-A restaurants expected to open in the metroplex throughout 2026, according to a company news release. Chick-fil-A offers sandwiches, strips, salads, sides, desserts and more.
5. J. Crew Factory The outlet offers clothing for men, women and children at a discounted price.
6. Koishi Ramen and Sushi Bar Popular menu items include tonkatsu ramen, pan-fried dumplings and bang bang shrimp.
7. My Swim Buddy AquaticsAfter operating out of a residential site in Prosper for nearly five years, My Swim Buddy will serve clients from Prosper, Celina and surrounding areas at the new facility, the representative said. The facility features a year-round indoor pool, 14 teaching stations and a viewing area for parents, according to the company’s website.
8. New Perspective Counseling ServicesThe practice offers services to address a number of areas, including: anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, substance abuse and trauma. This is New Perspective’s second location, in addition to their original office in Frisco.

9. Nothing Bundt Cakes The bakery chain specializes in bundt cakes with flavor options like lemon, red velvet and white chocolate raspberry. The new store will serve Prosper and north Little Elm. The company’s first Prosper store, located near the intersection of University Drive and Coit Road, serves Prosper and north Frisco.
10. Panda Express The chain is known for Chinese-American staples like orange chicken, fried rice and veggie spring rolls.
11. Willow Nail Lounge The salon offers manicures and pedicures as well as waxing services. This is Willow Nail Lounge’s second location in addition to their salon in Frisco. Willow Nail Lounge’s owners also run Blue Agave Nail Lounge in Prosper, the representative said.
Coming soon12. 7-Eleven
Construction on the new 4,816-square-foot store is scheduled to start this August, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Celina officials initially approved a special use permit for the gas station, located at the northeast corner of Frontier Parkway and Coit Road, in January.
13. The Gents Place The business will be located within the Gates of Prosper development. It will offer grooming services in an upscale environment, according to the business website. Hair care services include cuts, shampooing, conditioning and facial hair trims. Specialty manicures and pedicures are also offered, alongside boot and shoe polishing.
14. Jeremiah’s Italian Ice The 1,200-square-foot space will be part of the Preston Pointe district development, according to commercial real estate firm Matthews. Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is a frozen dessert chain specializing in Italian ice, soft-serve ice cream and its signature Jelati, which combines the two.
15. Sushi Sakana The restaurant offers a range of fresh sushi, sashimi, nigiri and more. Popular menu items include miso soup, crab rangoons and lobster rolls.
Relocations16. Turbo Metabolic Training
The business’s former location off of Coit Road closed April 11, and the new gym opened April 13, the representative said. In addition to group classes and one-on-one sessions, Turbo Metabolic Training also offers sport-specific training and nutrition coaching.
