About eight acres along FM 455 was sold to Yellow Door Storage this past summer, according to a social media post from Axis Realty Group, the real estate agency who brokered the sale. The storage facility is set to begin construction this spring with an estimated March 2027 completion date, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation listing.
Yellow Door Storage offers drive-up storage units, climate-controlled units and canopy parking for large vehicles. The company operates other Dallas-Fort Worth locations in Denton, Oak Point, Van Alstyne and more cities.
