A new franchise location of The Tutoring Center is set to open soon in Prosper.

Owner Xin Dong said they aiming to open the new location in February. Dong said the center will offer one-to-one instruction in reading, math and writing for kindergarten through 12th grade students, with a focus on increasing students' academic skills and concentration span.
