Construction is expected to wrap up in early 2026, according to documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.4. Catalyst Dermatology

The dermatologist office will be led by Dr. Donald Glass who recently served as a resident and full-time faculty member of UT Southwestern Medical Center, according to a social media post.5. J. Crew Factory

The clothing store offers a variety of clothing for men, women and children, according to its website. Construction is estimated to finish in April, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.6. The Little Gym


The franchise offers gymnastics classes designed for children of varying ages and abilities, including parent-participation options. Additionally, the facility also hosts birthday parties and special events. Construction began in November, and the gym is projected to open in February or March 2026, according to a social media post by the gym.7. Studio Pilates International

The pilates studio features 40-minute classes led by instructors with visual demonstrations. Studio Pilates' classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels with exercises easily modified, according to a company news release. A new location could be opening in Prosper, a company representative said in an email. The representative said details regarding the location or opening timeline are not yet available, as the team is still in the “development stages” for the new store. The business will offer a number of vehicle maintenance services, including tire inspection and pressure checks, flat tire repair, and tire rotation and balancing.Closures


9. Firestone Complete Auto Care

The auto store has closed its location in Prosper, an automated message from the location’s phone number confirmed. The Prosper location has also been removed from Firestone’s website. The national automotive chain offers tire care, repair and maintenance services.
