Hissho Sushi & Wine Bar opened in August inside the Walmart Supercenter at 1700 Dallas Parkway, Plano. The full-service restaurant offers made-to-order sushi as well as a selection of wines. The Plano location is offering Hissho Sushi's new crunchy buffalo chicken roll made with Frank's Red Hot sauce, according the company's website. 972-931-9846 (Walmart). www.hisshosushi.com
