The Bloom Lounge is now open in Plano.

Jorge Saab, owner of The Bloom Lounge, said in an email the menu features a fusion of flavors, “... including items like tuna tower, gorgonzola sirloin, crispy chicken and bacon waffles, and a range of creative and flavorful dishes to cater to different tastes and preferences.”

The bistro serves a diverse range of appetizers, soups, salads, pastas, steaks, chops and sides. Breakfast items include waffles, pancakes, French toast, omelets, toasts and Benedicts. There are also signature brunch dishes and a wide variety of drink options.

Saab also owns Rum Cakes Factory and chose to open The Bloom Lounge in Windhaven Plaza, “... so the sister companies are in the same plaza.”
