LVL 29, pronounced level 29, will be an ellipse-shaped building located at the southeast corner of Communications Parkway and Headquarters Drive.

The 29-story building will be home to more than 300 luxury apartment units ranging from 600 square feet to a 3,800-square-foot penthouse.

"The great part about this is the opportunity to create space for people to join our city and join in many ways," Plano Mayor Harry LaRosiliere said. "One of the great things about Plano is the ability for so many different people to enjoy our city."

LVL 29 will also have a seven-story parking garage, 24-hour fitness center, yoga room, a firepit, bar and lounge along with a swimming pool and tanning deck. There will also be a variety of high-end finishes, including chandeliers.

The development is expected to be complete in about 23 months, according to the development's website.
