Accel Therapies has opened a new applied behavior analysis therapy center, that will also serve as the company’s corporate headquarters, in Plano, according to a news release from Accel Therapies.

The 13,200-square-foot center will provide specialized ABA therapy for children with autism. Accel Therapies offers one-on-one sessions, behavioral intervention, caregiver coaching and more offered in the center, at home or through school consultations.

Accel’s teaching model allows children to “develop their communication, social interaction and independence through immersive, real-world scenarios such as shopping or crossing the street,” according to the release.
