A new Boot Barn is set to open in east Plano.

The store sells a variety of cowboy boots and other western wear and currently has 90 locations in Texas.

The new Boot Barn is set for 3308 N. Central Expressway, Ste. A, in what was formerly a Party City. Party City announced that it had filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 21, 2024, and closed all stores earlier this year.

Construction on the new store is set to start Nov. 24, with an estimated completion in February 2026, according to a project filed with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
