Pronto Pilates opened a new location in Plano in January, according to a social media post from the company.

The studio offers Pilates classes for a range of experience levels and focuses, including strength and conditioning, flexibility and mental relaxation.

Pronto also has studios in Addison, Austin and Dallas.
