Mesa’s Mexican Grill has signed a lease to open a location in the Stacy Village shopping center, which is currently under construction at 950 Stacy Road, Allen. The restaurant’s menu is a combination of traditional Mexican dishes and Tex-Mex fare. The chain has two other locations—one in McKinney, and another in Prosper. www.mesasgrill.com
