Homebuilders working in the 2,000-acre Trinity Falls community in north McKinney debuted new model homes in September.

The new model homes kick off the opening of Trinity Falls’ fourth and sixth development phases for the community, according to a news release from Johnson Development. The opening includes new model homes from Cadence Homes, Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, Perry Homes, Highland Homes, Drees Custom Homes and Del Webb.

The context

Trinity Falls spans 2,000 acres and will include more than 5,200 homes when completed. Development will occur in nine phases, according to the development’s website. Residents will have access to multiple community amenities including a dog park, fitness center and hike and bike trails.
