The Trinity Falls master-planned community in McKinney is growing as Johnson Development Corp. has announced a planned 450 home lots will be delivered to builders to sell this year.

About 200 of the homes will be available this summer, and the other half will be delivered in the fall. The new homes will be located in Trinity Falls’ newest section called Heritage Crest. Trinity Falls builders include Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, Del Webb, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes and Perry Homes. They will offer a variety of floor plans, design finishes and options, including one- and two-story designs, townhomes, and a 127-acre age-restricted neighborhood for active adults age 55 and older. Homes will be priced from the mid-$300,000s to the high $900,000s. Heritage Crest is located at the northwest corner of Olympic Crossing and Trinity Falls Parkway. www.trinityfalls.com
