Two Señoritas Restaurant & Cantina opened Jan. 11 at 1222 N. Central Expressway, McKinney. The restaurant serves traditional Tex-Mex with “touches of authentic Mexican food,” General Manager Juan Esquerre said. The menu features sour cream enchiladas, chile rellenos and fajitas. Esquerre added that the bar staff makes margarita recipes from scratch.
