The Exercise Coach is expected to open April 6 at 1890 N. Stonebridge Drive, Ste. 330, McKinney. The fitness studio will use technology and scientific training methods to offer personalized workouts in 20 minutes to help clients reach their fitness goals, such as improving strength and stamina, muscle tone, weight loss and overall health. Group training with a maximum of four people is also offered, and the business will provide a small, clean and private studio, owners said. Plans OK’d for tax-credit, workforce housing in McKinney

About 10 acres of land at this site was already zoned for multifamily uses, however, at the June 15 McKinney City Council meeting, the applicant requested that about two more acres on the east side of the site be brought in as part of the development, for a total of about 12 acres.
