PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans opened its newest location Dec. 7 at 6091 W. University Drive, McKinney. The coffee shop, which was founded in 1978 and has expanded across the nation, serves a variety of hot, iced and frozen coffee beverages as well as organic teas and fresh breakfast pastries. 214-971-6373. www.pjscoffee.com
