DATA: Fewer homes for sale in most McKinney ZIP codes compared to 2019

The number of homes listed for sale decreased in McKinney in June when compared to the same period in 2019.

ZIP codes 75069, 75070 and 75072 each saw a drop in the number of new listings year over year during a second full month of state and local coronavirus restrictions, according to market data provided by the Collin County Association of Realtors.

There was a slight increase in listings in ZIP code 75071.

Despite new listings generally decreasing, the number of homes under contract in McKinney increased.

The median sales price of of homes that were sold saw slight increases among most of McKinney's primary ZIP codes. ZIP code 75069, however, decreased by about 11%.

The percentage of asking price received for homes sold saw a modest increase in all four ZIP codes when compared to the same period in 2019.
