Birdcall opened Feb. 24 in McKinney, according to a company news release.
On the menu
The menu features a variety of chicken sandwich options including spicy Szechyuan, Buffalo, Nashville hot and more. The Colorado-based eatery’s menu also includes salads, tenders, nuggets, sliders and more.
“Our chef-inspired menu features dishes with bacon red onion jam, buttermilk herb mayo and peanut slaw,” the company website states. “We focus on the details to make sure every item ordered is the best it can be.”
