Bob’s Steak and Chop House is expected to open in McKinney’s District 121 on April 1, according to founder Bob Sambol.
The restaurant, located at 7220 SH 121, will serve a variety of steaks and seafood, as well as over 90 varieties of wine, according to its website. The new location will be in a 7,600-square-foot standalone building and will include a cigar lounge. The project is estimated to cost $4 million, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The company opened its original location on Lemmon Avenue in Dallas in 1993, and now operates 14 locations in seven states.
