Sushi Koshi Japanese & Korean Restaurant will reopen later this month after completing renovations to expand the restaurant by 1,600 square feet. Restaurant owner Jae Chang said he expects to reopen on Oct. 24. The restaurant, located at 1910 N. Stonebridge Drive, Ste. 150, McKinney, originally opened in August 2019.
