According to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the 1,472-square-foot renovation project has an estimated construction cost of $500,000. The project is slated to begin construction in April and scheduled for completion in July.

The McKinney Economic Development Corp. announced Jan. 8 that Edenlux is expanding its U.S. presence to McKinney through MEDC’s Innovation Fund. Edenlux is a digital health care company that specializes in artificial intelligence-powered vision wellness solutions.
11. McKinney Economic Development CorporationThe Innovation Exchange program, which is the “next evolution” of the organization’s Innovation Fund, will aim to accelerate startup growth and attract capital, a Feb. 11 news release states. A 6,000-square-foot office space next to the MEDC offices will house the program.
