Skin care spa and retailer Haruhi Head Spa had a soft opening in late August, manager Tracy Le said. The business will host a grand opening event on Sep. 6, featuring food, a live DJ, dragon dancing and skin care product giveaways.

The spa will also offer product discounts until Sep. 12, according to a written statement from Le. The spa offers facials and Japanese-style scalp detoxifying head spa services.
