The pilates studio will provide a variety of classes including reformer pilates, which focuses on strength, flexibility and core stability, as well as fusion classes blending strength, cardio and stretch themes.
“Signature offerings like Zen Slow Flow, a mix of yoga and pilates for mobility, and Streamline, a body-shaping workout with resistance bands and light weights, ensure dynamic and engaging sessions,” Studio Co-owner and Managing Director Lisa Samuels said in an email.
InLife Wellness is an Australian company with 36 studios, including locations in Addison and University Park, the company website states.
