Construction on a new location of arcade and restaurant chain Dave & Buster’s will begin in September, according to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing.

Dave & Buster’s locations offer arcade games, as well as a food and drink menu featuring chicken wings, burgers, cocktails and more, according to its website.

The project is estimated to cost about $8.1 million and will span nearly 40,000-square-feet, according to the project filing. While a projected opening date has not yet been released, construction on the project is expected to wrap up in May 2025, the filing stated.

The location is part of the second phase of the Plaza at Fort Buckner development, a project by the Seitz Group, a development firm.
