Firewater Liquor is now open in west McKinney.

The store sells a variety of beer, liquors and other alcoholic beverages as well as bitters and garnishes. In addition, customers can purchase a mix-and-match six-pack from several craft beer options.

This is the fourth location for the Waco-based liquor store. Owner Kollin Behrghundi said he decided to open the McKinney location after voters passed a ballot proposition allowing liquor sales in city limits.

“I am excited and honored to serve the local McKinney community and looking forward to hosting some fun events and introducing cool new products,” Behrghundi said in an email.
