Harter Strength and Conditioning plans to open its first McKinney location in late November or early December, according to owner Cody Harter. The McKinney location at 6951 S. Custer Road will be a replica of the company’s first location in Plano, Harter said in an email. The fitness gym offers personal training and group training that assists in strength building, injury prevention, sports development and weight loss, according to its website.
