The North Central Texas College campus shuttle will be discontinued beginning Aug. 1.

This is due to the ongoing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a July 21 release from the Denton County Transportation Authority.

The shuttle provided access between downtown Denton and the Corinth and Flower Mound NCTC campuses, and provided connectivity between Lewisville and Denton.

Passengers can still access the downtown Denton NCTC campus by taking the Denton Connect Route 7 or the A-train, according to the transportation authority.

DCTA is working closely with NCTC leadership for potential mobility options in the future for students, faculty and staff, the release said.
