Row House fitness studio now open in Flower Mound

Row House—an indoor rowing, boutique fitness studio—opened on Oct. 6 at 4351 Cross Timbers Road, Ste. 300, Flower Mound. The studio offers 45-minute low impact, full body workouts on rowing machines.

“A lot of people seek us out because it is such a low impact that all kinds of different folks who might have prior injuries can come and enjoy indoor rowing,” franchise owner Jamie Kimberling said.
