Mediterranean restaurant Cava is coming soon to 5871 Long Prairie Road, Ste. 300, Flower Mound. The restaurant is remodeling a site previously operated by Zoë's Kitchen in the Robertson's Creek Shopping Center, according to the town of Flower Mound website. The company has nearly 80 locations across the country, including in Plano, Frisco and Southlake. It specializes in build-your-own bowls and sells spreads, dips and sauces.
